Last night it rained all night. Beautiful. I was worried that it wouldn't be good weather for Peter and Jeremy to go out paddling and then the weather cleared and it was fine. They went across the Lane Cove River.

I taught what I thought was a great class this morning at 10 o'clock. This was after being debilitated last night, my neck, shoulder, shoulder blade PAINFUL. Now all is back to normal. Where did that come from?
