My Christmas cactus which blooms in Oct. (go figure) is ready to go off like a rocket. And the other more orchid-like bloom just goes on and on....As we are about to...on our voyage to Burma shortly....

These guys don't like to sit still for a photo so the photographer has to be very cluey....

Hooray! I was having trouble uploading my photos over the last days, and finally made it. I had two of these fruit trees with riotous blossoms, but scaled down to sending just one, in the hopes that it would make it onto the blog. In case you didn't know, it's Spring!

Sometimes I wake up and I have to run for the camera, the view is so compelling. What do you think?

Here's the evidence of the rain we have been enjoying on and off over the last week in Sydney. But, sadly, the crop growers in the bush have still not been so fortunate....

Two fisherman on Sunday evening in our Bay at biting-time. They actually caught several fish....

Approaching our house, we have a wall of wisteria that looks typically naked through the winter, and now, as you can see,
these buds are hoping to fulfill their purple potential soon. Down in the courtyard off the laundry, my potted lettuces are still
sunning their little inchoate selves, growing towards the salad bowl.....
